pound turkey breast, thinly sliced

snap peas

mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups
cooked brown rice
- Salt
and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a
bowl, marinate the turkey slices with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Set aside
for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat
one tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high
heat. Add the marinated turkey slices and stir-fry until cooked through,
about 5-7 minutes. Remove the turkey from the skillet and set aside.
- In the
same skillet, add another tablespoon of sesame oil. Add the minced garlic
and grated ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add
the sliced onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, carrot, broccoli
florets, snap peas, and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7
minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return
the cooked turkey to the skillet and stir-fry with the vegetables for an
additional 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Season
with salt and pepper to taste. You can adjust the seasoning by adding more
soy sauce or oyster sauce if desired.
- Serve
the turkey and vegetable stir-fry over cooked brown rice. Garnish with
chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
